Mark Spence - CSUS Leader My name is Mark Spence. I am originally from West Virginia, but move to Tampa when I was young.

I accepted the Lord at 14, and at 16 began surfing and skateboarding. When I turned 18 I went in the Navy and I fell away from Jah. The next 8 years were very difficult.  
At 26 I married a wonderful Christian woman named Nicole and over the next 4 years she brought me back where I belong. We have been married for 16 years now and have a beautiful 9 y/o daughter named Taryn. She is already an avid surfer and hockey player. We attend Grace Family Church in Tampa and are very active in their Youth and Missions programs.

I joined the Christian Surfing group because I want to share the great message of Jah's love with everyone I can, surfers and non-surfers alike. I have walked down both the non-Christian and Christian paths, and I know that living for Jesus is the only path worth following. The staff of CSUS Pinellas are all great examples of God's love, and I am blessed to be a part of the team. Do you have what it takes to travel down this path?
