Pastor Mike and Susan Avato Mike & Susan are best friends, perfect teammates for life and ministry. They have been happily married for more than fifteen years. They live in St. Pete Beach, the community to which God has called them to reach with the gospel.

Their greatest enjoyment and passion is seeing lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. They also enjoy various water sports, co-ed softball, beach volleyball, playing guitar, and reading.
Mike received his B.S. degree from the Florida International University and his Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. As the founding pastor of Tradewinds Church, he has worked bi-vocationally both as pastor and a licensed General Contractor of his own company. He is an ordained minister in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.
