Andrew Hobbs - CSUS Leader / Pastor My name is Andrew Hobbs and I have enjoyed surfing since I was 10 years old! I have lived in this sweet state of Florida for 39 years, and I was officially introduced to Christ when I was 17!

As a younger man I realized that most of the men around me seemed to be putting their energy in trying to develop a kingdom or build a kingdom, whether it was money, influence or power.  I learned through great mentoring though that God entrusts the kingdom to us. The issue to me now is and has become; what kind of man am I going to be?  What would it look like to put our energy towards becoming a man, woman, or surfer totally in love with God! Letting God work in us and begin to cultivate our character, so that God can make you the kind of person where you can be entrusted to handle great things and offer love and strength to those around you! 

I have been married for almost 18yrs (August) to my awesome bride, Shelli and I have 4 kids (Xander15, Maddi 13, Harrison 11, Grace 7) that love to hit the water and "SHRED IT UP" with dad! 

I enjoy all "Waterman" activites including surfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddle, and tow-surfing. I have been in association with the CSA and the C-4 watermen group for  3 years and have been sponsored for 3 years (stand-up paddle) by Watersports West in Largo , Florida . 

You'll find my family surfing with me anytime there is a swell in Pinellas around north Clearwater beach and our favorite spot is ***********

I am and have been the full-time Pastor to Students at Pathways Community Church in Largo for 10 years. I love hanging out with students of all ages!
